Brigadier Kuldip Singh (Retd.)

With over 47 years of leadership experience across defence, national security, strategic risk, and government advisory, Brigadier Kuldip Singh has served in the Indian Army, the Defence Intelligence Agency, and the National Security Council Secretariat (Prime Minister's Office) — where he held the position of Principal Director (Defence & Head of Joint Intelligence), contributing to strategic assessments and national policy formulation. He subsequently served as Senior Consultant at the National Disaster Management Authority, as Country Representative (India) for the Asian Disaster Preparedness Centre, Bangkok, and as Senior Consultant with Palladium Consulting India (AL Globale International). He brings deep expertise in strategic risk, institutional capacity building, and government advisory to every engagement.

With over 28 years of experience in business strategy, revenue growth, sales leadership, and government advisory, Randeep Singh has held leadership positions including Director and Vice President at global advisory firms BDO India LLP and Ernst & Young. His career also spans senior roles with Bharti Airtel and Reliance Infocomm, and with global technology leaders IBM India and NTT Japan, where he led business development and revenue growth initiatives. He has built and led advisory engagements, developed market growth strategies, forged strategic industry alliances, and coached high-performing teams across complex institutional and enterprise environments.

With over 25 years of leadership experience across corporate strategy, governance, financial services, business development, strategic partnerships, and operations, Tina Ahluwalia has worked with organisations across multiple sectors to drive growth, strengthen governance, and build strategic partnerships. Most recently, she served as Director – Strategic Partnerships & Operations at Winpe Development, where she led initiatives focused on board readiness, board diversity, leadership development, and ecosystem building, working closely with Development Finance Institutions, leading private equity and venture capital firms, corporates, and institutional stakeholders. Earlier in her career, she led strategic growth, business transformation, and partnership initiatives across diverse industries, building a strong track record of delivering commercial outcomes and organisational impact. She brings a multidisciplinary perspective to advising businesses, public sector organisations, and institutions on governance, strategy, organisational capability, and leadership.
